Bu şartlar, Furkan Sevgili tarafından geliştirilen Kolay İngilizce Kelime Öğren uygulamasının ("uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulama App Store üzerinden dağıtılır; bu şartlarda yer almayan konularda Apple'ın Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) geçerlidir.
Uygulama İngilizce kelime öğrenmek için kartlar, testler, deyimler, konuşma pratiği, sıralamalar ve widget sunar. Ücretsiz sürümde kelime sayısı ve günlük öğrenme limiti sınırlıdır ve reklam gösterilir. PRO bu sınırları kaldırır.
Ömür boyu PRO tek seferlik bir satın almadır; abonelik değildir ve yenilenmez. Uygulama yayında kaldığı sürece aynı Apple Kimliği ile kullanılabilir. Zaman zaman sınırlı süreli indirimli fiyatlar sunulabilir; indirim, satın alma ekranında gösterilen süre boyunca geçerlidir.
Satın almaları Apple yürütür; iade talepleri reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden Apple'a yapılır. Yeni bir cihazda ya da yeniden kurulumda satın almalarını uygulamadaki Geri yükle düğmesiyle geri alabilirsin.
Bir iade talebinde bulunduğunda Apple, karar vermek için bizden bilgi isteyebilir. Uygulamayı kullanarak, satın alımdan sonraki kullanım özetinin (satın alma tarihi, sonrasında öğrenilen kelime sayısı, kazanılan puan ve uygulamanın açıldığı gün sayısı) ödeme sağlayıcımız RevenueCat'te tutulmasını ve buna dayanarak Apple'a iadenin onaylanması ya da reddedilmesi yönünde bir tercih bildirilmesini kabul edersin. Adın, e-posta adresin ya da kelime listen gönderilmez. İade kararını yalnız Apple verir.
Sıralamada görünen kullanıcı adın ve profil fotoğrafın başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmemeli; hakaret, müstehcenlik ya da yanıltıcı içerik barındırmamalıdır. Bu kurala uymayan ya da puanları hileyle artıran hesaplar sıralamadan çıkarılabilir.
Uygulamadaki kelime veritabanı, örnek cümleler, görseller ve yazılım geliştiriciye aittir. Kişisel öğrenme dışında kopyalanamaz ve dağıtılamaz.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. İçeriğin doğruluğu için özen gösterilir ancak hatasız olacağı garanti edilmez. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.

These terms govern the use of Kolay İngilizce Kelime Öğren (the "app"), developed by Furkan Sevgili. By using the app you accept these terms. The app is distributed through the App Store; anything not covered here is governed by Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA).
The app offers flashcards, quizzes, idioms, speaking practice, leaderboards and widgets for learning English vocabulary. The free version limits the number of words and daily learning and shows ads. PRO removes these limits.
Lifetime PRO is a one-time purchase; it is not a subscription and does not renew. It can be used with the same Apple ID for as long as the app is available. Limited-time discounted prices may be offered; a discount is valid for the period shown on the purchase screen.
Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. On a new device or after reinstalling, use Restore in the app to get your purchases back.
When you request a refund, Apple may ask us for information to help it decide. By using the app, you agree that a summary of your usage after the purchase (purchase date, number of words learned, points earned and number of days the app was opened since then) is kept by our payment provider RevenueCat and that, based on it, a preference to approve or decline the refund is sent to Apple. Your name, email address and word list are not sent. Apple alone decides on refunds.
The username and profile photo shown on leaderboards must not infringe others' rights or contain insults, obscene or misleading content. Accounts that break this rule or inflate their points by cheating may be removed from leaderboards.
The word database, example sentences, images and software in the app belong to the developer and may not be copied or distributed beyond personal learning.
The app is provided "as is". Care is taken to keep the content accurate, but it is not guaranteed to be free of errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app.
